她向來主張「人棄我取」，一直善用生活資源，把人們眼中的「垃圾」變成創作材料。她於 2012 年創辦 的Draw 2- Art and Language Studio，鼓勵小朋友要多動腦筋、多思考及自我創作，並懂得善用資源，愛護環境。2015 年獲亞洲品牌發展協會選為「香港最受歡迎品牌--大會至尊推介入圍品牌」之一。2017年獲聖公會麥理浩夫人中心「惜物減廢計劃」YOUTUBER比賽企業組: 第一名。此外，她於2015年創立自家品牌 “Agnes Recycles”，結合創意及藝術，給廢棄物料賦予新生命，使它重生成具欣賞價值和藝術感的作品。
Agnes 亦不時應邀出席多項大型活動，如第12及第13屆香港冬季購物節「香港創意無限大．工作坊」及香港蜆殼有限公司 與 綠色力量 合辦《觸「木」蝶變》；及積極參與社區/學校藝術教育推廣工作，如保良局「綠綠無窮」/「綠在深水埗」計畫；東華三院「長者服務」；聖公會麥理浩夫人中心「惜物減廢計劃」及勞工處「青年就業起點」等環保藝術工作坊等即場示範及推廣環保藝術。

Agnes obtained her Fine Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong. She then achieved a degree in Law from the University of London, a master degree in Business Administration from the University of Surrey as well as a master degree in Japanese study from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She also completed a certificate training program for professional Butlers from Savoy Butler Academy (UK) and also obtained a certificate of Etiquette consultant from IAPO(US).
Agnes is the founder of Draw 2- Art and Language Studio (www.draw-2.com). She has loved creating recycled art since childhood. Her art programs emphasising the creation of attractive art and craft works from everyday materials are often featured on TV, newspapers, radio and magazines, to date with over 140 coverage (not incl. her columns). She also uploads videos on YouTube and takes part in different major events sharing her creative ideas. Under her leadership, Draw 2 was awarded as 'one of the most famous brand" by the ABDA Ltd and winner of "the best YouTuber" organized by the SKH Lady MacLehose Center in 2017. She is currently showcasting her creative recycled art ideas in TVB's Kids program - Think Big Family, a member of the "EVI Education" consultants, a column writer of Eugene Group and Ilovemama.
In Sep 2015, she set up her brand "Agnes Recycles", selling handmade recycled products and hosting workshop for companies, organisations, schools, charity and private clients. The signature shell flowers pot reflects the simplicity and harmony of nature and her unique and creative artistic style. Agnes wishes that everyone will enjoy receiving a gift that gives a second life to everyday objects.
Her first recycled DIY book "Agnes Recycles - Arts and Crafts" was published in Nov 2016. Her artwork has been shown in the HK JCCAC joint exhibition in 2016 and 2018 and her solo exhibition " A Green Spring" at MTR Central station was just finished from 24 April - 30 June, 2018.
